- Pick-Up Location: Da Nang International Airport (DAD): NHA GA HANH KHACH QUOC TE Glass Building (opposite the Exit Gate on the left).
- How to get there: After exiting the International Arrival Hall, cross the lanes and find the Glass Building on your left. Look for the “SIM card redemption point” standee in front of the building.
Eligibility
- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Available for tourists and non-residents.
- All devices must be unlocked to use the SIM card.
Must Know
- Ensure your phone is unlocked and compatible with Vietnam’s 5G network before purchase.
- Data and call inclusions vary by selected plan (refer to product options).
- Full coverage available throughout Vietnam, including major cities and rural areas.
- Pick-up only available at Da Nang International Airport.
- Amendments can be made at least 24 hours before pick-up and are subject to availability.
Booking Confirmation
- Instant confirmation upon booking.
- Valid for use from 10 December 2024 to 31 December 2025.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if canceled at least 1 day before the selected date (24 hours).
- No refunds for same-day cancellations or no-shows.

- Present your mobile ticket at the SIM redemption counter at Da Nang International Airport.
- The staff will assist with SIM setup and activation.
- Ensure SIM is working before leaving the counter.

Very easy to redeem and good internet service
Collection was quick once you located the correct counter, data speed is quick.
Everything is okay, but I am not receiving 5G network.
Very good connection very fast with 5G network.
Great and easy way to get a SIM card. Works very well - has internet and local call time. No need to queue and it is right in front of the Grab pick-up. The instructions on the collection venue is incorrect.
It took a while to get the number but the staff was really nice and asked me repeatedly to wait. The connection is also quite good. Recommended.
