Show your smartphone voucher to the host at the meeting point in front of the Le Champ de Mars Cafe
The host will provide physical tickets at the meeting point and will lead you to the second floor
Arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to your specified time. Late access is not guaranteed
You might have to wait at the security checks and for the elevators

If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction
If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the elevator of the Eiffel Tower is restricted and you take the stairs, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the elevator and a ticket for the stairs may be refunded, since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public by stairs
