All visitors to Auschwitz-Birkenau must provide their ID/passport details when booking. Skip-the-line tickets bypass the ticket office, but not security checks where IDs/passports will be checked. The tour is guaranteed to last 3,5 hours. Maximum 30 participants. Headsets are included. The site isn't fully wheelshair accessible. Wear comfortable shoes and dress for the outdoor weather.
11-hour tour: bring packed lunch, as there are no restaurants nearby.
15-hour tour: lunch in Krakow can be arranged on request.
In Auschwitz-Birkenau, you join a public tour; in Krakow, you'll have a private guide.
We'll arrange door-to-door transport in a private sedan for 1–4 people, or larger van for 5+. Book a 5-person tour for extra space.
