[Notes on Reservations]

• Please be sure to enter the English names of all passengers for insurance purposes.
• Adult and child rates are different, and children under 3 years old can use the service for free.
• Please be sure to provide a contactable contact number when making a reservation.
• Before the reservation is confirmed, the reservation may be unavailable or refunded depending on the company's circumstances. If the reservation is unavailable or additional charges are incurred, we will notify you by Happy Call.
• Please provide your correct name and contact information when purchasing, as an automatic refund will be issued if Happy Call cannot be connected.
• This tour has a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made the day before or on the day of the tour are non-refundable for any reason.
• The price of this product may increase due to exchange rate fluctuations.
  
  

[Pickup Information]

• Pickup begins at 8:00 AM for Pattaya departures and 6:30 AM for Bangkok departures. Please check your voucher for detailed pickup times. The itinerary remains the same, with only the pickup time varying.
  
• Hotels in Pattaya City offer free pick-up, while additional charges may apply for hotels in the outskirts.
• Condos, apartments, and pool villas are places where pickup misses are frequent, so you can pick up at a nearby hotel lobby.
• Please be sure to check the pickup location and time listed on your voucher. Please be sure to wait in the hotel lobby at the time listed on your voucher.
• This product is a foreigner-only tour. Due to the nature of the group pickup system, if the previous group is late, the tour may be slightly delayed from the scheduled time.
• If your pickup is significantly delayed, please contact the local company using the contact information listed on your voucher. Please note that the company is not responsible for any delays in the pickup vehicle.
• Please be punctual for the meeting time. If you are not in the hotel lobby or turn off your cell phone, the pickup process may be delayed.
• If you are late for the meeting time and cannot use the service, no refunds or date changes will be made.
• After arriving at Ocean Marina Pier at 4:30 PM, you will be dropped off at your preferred location in Bangkok or Pattaya. Additional fees may apply for drop-offs outside the city or to the airport. The ride from the pier to your hotel in downtown Bangkok will take approximately 2 to 2.5 hours.
  

[Things to note on the day of the tour]

• The voucher can be used as a printed copy or as a screenshot on your phone. Please ensure that the information is clearly visible when capturing the screenshot.
• Please understand that the tour itinerary and meal menu may be subject to change without prior notice due to local circumstances.
• The itinerary may change depending on local conditions, such as inclement weather. If the tour is canceled due to inclement weather on the day, you can receive a full refund or reschedule to a desired date.
• We recommend that you bring a swimsuit (it is more comfortable to wear under your clothes), beach towel, sunscreen, aqua bag, camera, slippers, sunglasses, and a change of clothes.
• Please be especially careful as we are not responsible for lost belongings. Please be sure to leave important valuables at the hotel before coming to the tour.
• Please make sure to wear a life jacket before snorkeling.
• Snorkeling masks require a 500 baht deposit each, which will be refunded upon return of the equipment.
• Please be careful, as monkeys are hot-tempered and may scratch you. (Compensation is not available for accidents caused by personal negligence.)
• The company and yacht company are not responsible for accidents caused by negligence in safety.
• If the tour proceeds despite high waves on the day of the tour, please be sure to follow the safety personnel's instructions.
