The tour departs from San Bernardo 5, Centro Commercial Gran Galeria at 9:00am every Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure and present your booking confirmation (printed or on your mobile device) to Big Bus Tours staff.
Comfortable walking shoes are recommended, and we suggest bringing a hat, sunscreen, water, and a camera.
The tour is not fully wheelchair accessible. Service animals are permitted, but pets are not allowed.
Travel is on a modern, air-conditioned coach with storage space for luggage and strollers; however, coaches do not have toilets, refreshments, or opening windows, and eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted on board.
The tour returns to the tourist bus parking area by Fuente Neptuno, in front of the Madrid Tourist Office.
