Monday - Sunday, 10:00PM or 2:00PM
Good To Know
Adults over 20 years old must ride alone and cannot share a snowmobile. Please select 1 participant per snowmobile.
Passengers aged 2-19 cannot ride a snowmobile alone and must ride with a male over 20 years old. When ordering, please choose the 2-person-per-snowmobile plan and fill in the age of the underage passenger in the remarks column.
For safety concerns, one of the two participants on a snowmobile must be male.
Please specify the hotel (must be one of the designated hotels) you want to be picked up from during booking.
Confirmed pick-up details will be provided 1 day prior to your activity date.
You will not be able to request for a specific pick-up time for the free shuttle.
If you do not need a ride from the free shuttle, please arrive at the meeting point on time.
If you do not use the shuttle service, no refunds will be provided.
Travellers with the following conditions are not allowed to participate:
Heart diseases, epilepsy, asthmaMental or behavioural disabilities
Past surgeries for hernia/lumbar/spine or issues that might deteriorate from severe vibration
Injured fingers, arm, or leg, or sequelae from broken/dislocated bones
Under the influence of medication, alcohol or drugs (A breathalyser will be used if the staff suspected alcohol consumption)
If the staff determine that you might get injured from a lack of skill/physical health, your experience package might be adjusted

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before departure time. Please note that the operators are not responsible for late comers.
In the event of inclement weather on the activity date, there may be a temporary park closure.
If the shuttle bus cannot reach the hotel where you are staying, you will be notified of the nearest hotel pick-up point.
The service provider will email you about the pick-up and drop-off time the day before departure, so please pay attention.
The free shuttle bus may be delayed due to weather, snow, road congestion, etc. If there is a serious delay, guests may be asked to get off at a nearby subway station and leave the group.
Please do not eat, drink or talk loudly in the car.
It is not possible to bring large luggage to the car.
The free shuttle will depart after all customer experiences are completed.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 8 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 8 days before the date of selection.
