Track down a stolen formula in Heidelberg on this self-guided outdoor escape game, a hunt on foot that turns the old centre into your playing field. Your team crosses Heiliggeistkirche and works its way through to Karlsplatz, cracking codes, solving riddles and setting up photo tasks along the way. The game takes about 2 hours and you play at your own pace. A team is 2 to 5 people sharing one phone, and every player gets a character with their own role in the mission, so the phone passes from hand to hand. Larger groups start more than one team and can race each other. Choose a start date and time when booking, then begin whenever it suits you - there is no guide walking ahead of you and no fixed departure. A smartphone with an internet connection is required.
