• The meeting and dismissal times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you the day before the tour with details about the meeting place and time.
• The tour will proceed in rainy weather. However, if the safety of the field cannot be ensured, the tour may be canceled.
• Please change into clothes that can get wet before the meeting.
• Please use the restroom beforehand as there are no restrooms near the site.
• If you will be late, please make sure to contact us in advance.
• The age range for participation is from 3 years old to 59 years old.
• Depending on the field, there may be an additional parking fee of 1000-2000 yen.
• The tour can be conducted in either Japanese or English.
• Although we generally offer transportation, depending on the reservation status, we may ask you to meet at the location. The decision regarding transportation will be made the day before, so please be aware of this in advance.

For safety reasons, we ask that participants with the following conditions refrain from joining the tour:

・Pregnant women

・Those who are intoxicated or have a hangover

・Those with a pacemaker or heart disease

・Those with respiratory diseases (such as asthma)

・People weighing over 100 kg

・Those with mental health conditions (such as epilepsy, dementia, developmental disorders, panic disorder, etc.)

・Those with cardiovascular diseases

・Those with cerebrovascular diseases

・Those with physical disabilities

・Those with diabetes

・Participants with hearing or visual impairments (if participating alone)

*If you wish to participate, please ensure you are accompanied by a helper or interpreter and consult with us in advance.

• Those with other medical conditions, fever, or injuries
• If the symptoms are mild, please notify us in advance if you wish to participate.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 4 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 4 days before the date of selection.

Show mobile or printed voucher to the staff before commencing the activity.

Upon booking confirmation, this ticket is valid on the date of selection only.
