Excellent experience, staff send reminder on the appointment and can well speak in English
The process from the welcoming is very superb. They even contacted me as soon as i book from this pelago. The cust service speak english very well through chat (this is so imperative)during my treatment, the facial is very much different from what I expected. Hust for facial, but they give mini treatment from head to toe. They even washed our feet initially, simple and quick massage from shoulder and all exteremities. The therapist i got didn't speak english well. Regardless the confusion we had, she was very polite and kind. My treatment was about 1 hour duration in total
