Must Know
- The displayed price is per person.
- Children aged 3 and above can participate.
- If children under 12 participate, a guardian must supervise or support them during the experience.
- For same-day reservations, please contact us by phone or messaging app.
- Customers wishing to participate with 6 or more people, please contact us in advance.
- You can make up to 3 amulets at the same time. [From the 2nd item onward, there is a 1,100 yen discount per item.]
- If you want 4 or more, please contact us in advance.
- If you want to request additional items at the time of reservation, please answer the shop’s question section.
- Additional items can be paid for on site by cash or credit card.
- Requests for additional production can also be made on the day of the experience, but may be declined depending on reservation status. Advance notice at reservation is recommended.
- The experience location is on the 2nd floor of the building. Please take off your shoes at the bottom of the stairs on the left after entering the building and go upstairs. The stairs are steep. Please consult us in advance if you have mobility issues. There is no elevator.
- Japanese and English support is available daily. Chinese support is irregular and cannot be guaranteed.
- Participants in different language courses cannot experience together. For group participation, please apply for the same language.
- Strictly No Lateness:
- Our experience starts exactly at the reserved time.
- The experience will begin only after all participants have arrived.
- Late arrival will disrupt the experience; therefore, guests who do not arrive by the reserved time will be treated as a same-day cancellation.
- If you are lost or expect to be delayed, please be sure to contact us before the experience start time. - Requests for additional participants via the remarks column cannot be accepted.
- The experience operates on a complete replacement system. Entry is allowed from 5 minutes before the start. There is no waiting area inside the building.
- To prevent trouble, we do not accept cancellations by phone. Please cancel by yourself through the designated procedure.

Booking Confirmation
- 48 hours confirmation after booking.
- Present your e-voucher at the ticket counter for admission.

- Free cancellation available if made at least 4 days before the visit date.
- Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged 100%.
Voucher Use
- Present the e-voucher (mobile or printed) at the premise for entry.
- Only one QR code per booking is issued; please ensure it is shown at entry.
