Highlights
The Perfume Pagoda is one of the highlights of the Hanoi area and one of the most important religious sites for Buddhist in Vietnam. The pagoda itself is situated in a huge cave built into limestone cliffs and can only be reached by boat as there are no roads. You glide along scenic waterways and walk up steep mountain paths, visiting the pagodas and temples built in this area over the centuries.

8 hoursAdmission Ticket Included08:00 - 08:30: Your guide and driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter. Then you will embark on a 1.5 hours road trip. Then you will take an hour row-boat trip to the Yen and to the Thien Tru harbor. Continue on to enjoy some leisure time to go trekking up and down the main cave so nice. Arrive at Huong Tich cave on the top of the mountain and soak up the unique atmosphere. Lunch will be served at the local restaurant at the bottom of the mountain. After lunch, you will see the Thien Tru Pagoa (the Heaven Kitchen pagoda) and learn more about ancient Buddhist architecture from the Le Dynasty.
