The tour is primarily conducted in English. However, since the guide can speak Chinese, if there are many Chinese-speaking people, the tour can be conducted in Chinese as well.
Children under 3 years old cannot participate. Children 3 years and older can participate, and headcount is mandatory. (Car seat is separate.)
In the event of closures, weather conditions, traffic, or other unexpected restrictions, the guide may replace attractions on-site at their discretion. (Hamdeok Beach → Gwangchigi Beach, Haenyeo Museum → Seopjikoji, Seongsan Ilchulbong → Sangumburi)
Explore Jeju's lava tube wonders, including Micheon Cave and Manjanggul (upon reopening)
During the cherry blossom season, the itinerary may be adjusted to maximize viewing, without reducing attractions and with alternative sites added if needed.

Booked the East Jeju Tour via Pelago and got quick confirmation. Pick-up at Jeju Airport was convenient, and we could store our luggage on the bus. The group had 40 people but ran smoothly as everyone was punctual. Lunch offered great local options like black pork, abalone, and bibimbap at a good price.
