Free Ticket:
Visitors who meet any of the following conditions can obtain a free ticket by presenting valid identification:
· Persons with disabilities
· Seniors aged 75 and above
· Children 1.2 meters tall or under, or children aged 6 or below (Each adult may bring up to two children eligible for free admission)
※Note: Those eligible for free tickets must go to the ticket counter on the day of visit and request assistance from staff to complete the free ticket procedure.

【Ticket Purchase Information】
1. Operating Hours: 9:30 AM–10:30 PM. Tower entry: 9:30 AM–10:00 PM. On holidays and special-event days, follow ticket-hall notices. Visitors must redeem and enter according to their purchased time slot—present passport.
2. Attraction Operating Hours (holidays/special events per ticket-hall notices):
a. Ferris Wheel: 10:00 AM–10:30 PM. Mondays 3:00 PM–10:30 PM; last Monday of each month 5:00 PM–10:30 PM.
b. Extreme Sky Thrill / 450 m Outdoor Platform / 488 m Outdoor Platform: 10:00 AM–10:30 PM. Mondays 12:00 PM–10:30 PM; last Monday of each month 5:00 PM–10:30 PM.
3. Real-Name Ticketing & Entry: Present passport for ticket purchase and entry.
4. Timed Entry: Redeem and enter within your time slot. Missing cutoff due to personal reasons voids ticket without refund.
5. Ticket Redemption: On the day, go to the West Ticket Hall with your reservation voucher and passport; redeem all tickets under the same order at once. Non-adult tickets require additional ID. One person, one ticket; no re-entry.
6. Invoices: Contact your booking platform for invoices.
7. Weather Advisory: Outdoor areas are weather-sensitive. Follow Guangzhou Tower’s Weibo/WeChat for updates.
8. Security Check: Cooperate with screening. Prohibited items include lighters, beverages, RC toys, model aircraft, kites, etc.

【Refund & Exchange Policy】
1. Online reservations may apply for full refund before ticket redemption. Partial refunds or date changes not permitted.
2. If weather or maintenance delays/suspends attractions:
· Unredeemed ticket holders may apply online for a full refund before 10:00 PM on the day;
· Redeemed tickets: follow on-site staff guidance for refund or rescheduling of unused portions.

【Safety Notice】
1. Do not bring liquids, flammables, weapons, toxic chemicals, pets, or other prohibited items; comply with security.
2. Ferris Wheel restrictions: Not suitable for those with acrophobia, hypertension, heart disease, psychiatric conditions, epilepsy, pregnancy, intoxication, prosthetics, or wheelchair use.
3. Extreme Sky Thrill restrictions: Not suitable for height under 1.4 m or over 1.95 m, weight over 95 kg, age over 65, pregnancy, acrophobia, hypertension, heart disease, psychiatric conditions, intoxication, prosthetics, or mobility impairments.
4. Children under 1.5 m must be accompanied by an adult. All rides have height, weight, and health limits. Failure to comply may result in refusal of service.
5. Guangzhou Tower reserves the right to refuse entry. Changes to terms will be announced. Not liable for loss or damage to cameras, phones, or valuables.
