Steven was a great guide, his explanation was clear and detail.
Got an SMS message the day before scheduled trip with a wrong pick up time at 7AM, then another message sent just during midnight and changed to 8:15AM, making the kids waking up very early in the morning as I am not aware of the second message. The trip itself is quite packed, only got around 1 hour in Sydney Zoo, and 2 hours in Senic world. Enjoyed the trip overall!
The tour started a bit late but Alfie was able to cheer up the group. Overall, a good tour especially if you want to smell the fresh scent of eucalyptus-filled mountain air.
Overall, it was ok. Met all the required activities. Picture with Koala - a bit disappointed with this one, as we felt we were rushed. Sydney Zoo - the timing could have been longer, as we were given just 1 hour+ for this activity. Blue Mountains - spent the most time here: lunch at Leura village, then stopped at Echo Point and Scenic World. Had a relaxing time with each activity. Tour guide/company - Entertaining and informative. Wish more pick up points could have been arranged -- i.e. pick up at Circular Quay area.
