• If the minimum number of participants is less than 4, we will contact you 2 days prior to the tour. (Date change and full refund possible)
• Children in the 6th grade of elementary school or younger must be accompanied by a guardian.
• Please re-check your mobile phone number when purchasing.
  If you do not attend the tour due to reasons such as missing or incorrect contact information or not being able to receive text messages, we are not responsible and no cancellations, refunds or changes are possible.
• Due to the nature of the program, mid-participation is not possible.
• Even if it rains, it will proceed as normal. (Cancellation requests due to rain are subject to the refund policy.)
• Lecture recording or video recording is not permitted during the tour. (Violation of intellectual property rights)
• Pets are not allowed. (There is no separate waiting area.)
