We visit bakeries, chocolatiers and specialty shops, tasting flavor and styles from across the globe.
But why Seattle?
Cacao does not grow in Washington, nor do we have our own distinct style like that in Belgium or Ecuador. What Seattle offers is a culture that honors tradition while striving for innovation. We value the integrity of ingredients and supply chains, but we see no ‘rules’ in how something should be done. We break the mold of what people think chocolate is and of what it can be.
