· Return to Hanoi: 9 AM, 11 AM, 12 PM, 1 PM, 3 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM, 7 PM

• Duration: 3 hours
• Child seats are not available
• Pets are not allowed on the car as this is shared transfer
• Baggage allowance: Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person
• Seat arrangement: Seats are randomly assigned and subject to availability at time of booking. While not guaranteed, we will try to arrange for a group to seat nearby each other
• Pickup zone: pickup and drop-off service is available only within the Hanoi Old Quarter area (in Hanoi) and the central areas of Hoa Lư City, Tam Cốc, Tràng An, and Hang Múa (in Ninh Bình).
• We do not provide pick-up or drop-off outside pickup zone. If your accommodation is located outside these areas (such as in the city outskirts or near Noi Bai Airport), kindly make your way to a meeting point at No. 84 Tran Nhan Tong Street, Hai Ba Trung ward, Hanoi.
