Essentially a ticketing partner service. You collect your ticket from the agent on the day of the tour, and the “guide” leads the group to Topkapi Palace, where you enter via the fast lane. For the Basilica Cistern and Hagia Sophia, you can go directly to the venues and present the e‑ticket for immediate entry. Overall, it’s a very convenient service—no need to queue or purchase tickets individually at each ticket counter.
The place is amazing! We opted for a later afternoon visit so it was much less busy. Redeemed points for tickets was easy and got tickets straight away.
It was awe inspiring, saved time queuing and was convenient and easy to use. People were jelly.
