· Please arrive at the meeting location 10 minutes early to wait. If the meeting time has passed, we will not wait or refund for late or absent customers.

· We will contact the customer or make any changes via Whatsapp/Line/Wechat or email, please make sure the personal information is filled in correctly.

· If you use Line/Wechat, please be sure to enable friend invitations and receive messages from strangers, and make sure your ID is filled in correctly. If you are unable to contact successfully due to the above circumstances and affect your itinerary on the day, you will not be held responsible and will not be refunded.

[Charge Notice]

· The tour fee includes tips for local drivers and guides, accommodation, tickets, some meals and round-trip transportation costs.

· The basic number of people per group is 10. If the number of people per group is less than the basic number and you want to set off as a private group, relevant additional fees will be incurred.

· When registering as a single person, you need to pay a Single room surcharge per night.

· Children over 3 years old are charged the adult price, and children under 36 months are free of charge. (Free children will not be provided with accommodation beds, meals, car seats, admission tickets, etc.)

· The minimum size of SKI ski equipment is (foot length) 17cm, and the minimum size of SNOWBOARD ski equipment is (foot length) 21cm. If children under 3 years old want to ski, they can go to the site and check with the tour guide to see if the smallest size equipment will fit. If so, they can pay on the spot.

[Travel Information]

· Generally, the itinerary will not be affected on rainy days. If you are unable to set off due to a natural disaster, you can change the departure date for free or receive a full refund.

· One ski instructor is responsible for at least 10 students. (requires single board for more than 10 people or double board for more than 10 people)

· Room arrangement: Gangneung Oju Hanok Village

(Room type cannot be specified, please refer to the arrangement of Oju Hanok Village on the day of check-in)

6 people occupancy: 1 standard pavilion room+ 1 Standard Room

5 people occupancy: 2 Standard Room(when there is 1 child)

Occupancy of 4 people: 1 standard pavilion room or 2 Standard Room

3 people occupancy: 1 Standard Room(when there is 1 child)

· The schedule is adjusted according to local conditions. If there is a temporary safety inspection or closure of the attraction, the company does not need to bear responsibility or refund.

· Does not include travel insurance. The company does not assume any responsibility for physical damage or casualties caused by accidents or unpredictable factors due to force majeure. We strongly recommend customers to purchase appropriate insurance in advance.
