The driver actually arrived earlier and was holding my name card so it is easily identified. Travelling with 6 adults including 3 seniors with 6 big luggages and driver was helpful in loading them up. Though the last luggage cant fit into the boot, it has to go to the middle seat but still spacious. Overall, smooth journey and safe ride for the family!
Driver was late for 25 minutes. Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere
