The starting point is at the experience reception inside the Liver Building 360
The main entrance to Royal Liver Building 360 is located in the courtyard of the building, just off Canada Boulevard

Large bags are not permitted on the tour. There are small lockers for personal belongings, but any bags unable to fit will not be stored by staff behind the reception
Good To Know
Please note:
The digitally mapped display inside the clock tower contains flashing lights and loud sounds which may affect you if you suffer from photosensitive epilepsy
There is no option to experience part of the tour – you must be able to complete the full 70-minute tour or remain in the lower ground floor visitor centre
It isn’t possible to join a tour once it’s departed from the lower ground floor visitor centre; refunds or amendments are not possible if you miss your timeslot
Large bags are not permitted on the tour
