Really good experience. Very simple and we got through immigration very quickly and without complications or confusion. Staff were very nice and helpful.
Easy to find the contact person. Smooth and fast immigration process.
Easy to use. The cs meet you in the hall with your name and bring you to the queue (claim to be a shorter queue, but only one counter available).
Somewhat helpful but not essential. Because the operator waits for all people who bought this before going to the immigration, you loose 10 minutes before you even start the priority queue. Priority queue takes 10-15 minutes, which compares to regular queue of 30-40 minutes. So overall, you save 5-20 minutes. Is it worth the cost?
Agency who handle this fast track should inform us the actual location , we waited for half and hour,and more over we booked for 4 person, only 3 person detail been submitted, which cause delay to check and even want to reject us. If I go through normal way, I already cross the immigration.
Seamless and indeed express service. Given the profile of travelers (elderly and young) in a group, the liaison reached out as soon as we disembarked from aircraft to meet us before the customs and led us to the express track. Very effective.
