Itinerary
After visiting the facility, check your reservation details and proceed with a consultation with a native interpreter. Afterward, receive the selected package program (facial or body) care. Once the care is finished, enjoy a shampoo service and time to tidy up. After completing all processes, leave the store according to the guidance.

1. Usage Policy
- This product requires advance reservation, and you must complete the booking confirmation before your visit.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, the treatment time may be shortened.
- This program is for skincare purposes and does not constitute medical diagnosis or treatment.
- Treatment details may be partially adjusted based on individual skin conditions.
2. Change & Cancellation Policy
- Free changes and cancellations are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled time; a 100% cancellation fee applies thereafter.
- No-shows are not eligible for rebooking or refunds.
- Changes and cancellations can only be made through the KKday reservation system.
- (On-site changes and direct payments are not permitted under the contract policy.)
