  Our staff who will guide you in Cebu at the start of the tour will not accompany you to Bohol, so you will be given your return ferry ticket when you board the ferry.
  Please hand your ticket to the local guide after arriving in Bohol. We aim to arrive well before boarding time, taking traffic congestion into consideration. If you arrive at the port smoothly, you may have to wait about an hour before departure. The cost of the activity will be calculated locally.
  Payment can be made in cash (Philippine Pesos) or by credit card. The economy class of the high-speed boat between Bohol and Cebu has cabin seats and open-air seats.
  Both seats cost the same, but we usually arrange cabin seats.
  *You cannot specify your seat. During peak seasons or last-minute reservations, if cabin seats are fully booked, we will arrange open-air seats for you. However, please note that there will be no refunds.
  
  
• [What to do if you are late for the meeting time]
  We apologize for the inconvenience, but we will respond as follows.
  If we are able to contact you, we will wait for 15 minutes from the time we are able to contact you, and then we will depart.
  If we cannot contact you, we will wait 15 minutes from the meeting time and will not depart after that time.

• Drinks are available at an additional cost.
• The church may be crowded every Sunday due to mass. Please note that women wearing revealing clothing such as miniskirts, shorts, camisoles, and sleeveless tops, and men wearing tank tops may not be allowed into the church.

• The tour will be cancelled in the following cases. If the tour operator decides not to proceed, we will refund the full amount.

• The tour schedule may be changed or canceled due to weather, traffic conditions, high-speed ferry operation status, etc. The organizing company will not compensate for any costs incurred for accommodation on Bohol Island or for changing or repurchasing return flights.
• If the tour cannot be carried out due to reasons beyond the control of the tour operator (e.g., bad weather, government regulations, suspension of transportation services, etc.), the amount will be refunded minus any cancellation fees or penalties that have already been paid or will be payable in the future. In addition, we may ask participants to submit passport photos as proof of identification for the refund procedure.
