• You may enter at any time during business hours on your selected date (last admission is 30 minutes before closing).
  
• Depending on the ticket type, you may be required to present identification; failure to provide the necessary documents may result in a price adjustment or refusal of entry.
• Outside food and drinks are prohibited inside the store; pet snacks and animal toys are also prohibited.

- Safety and Photography Guidelines -

• Please keep your valuables safe; the store is not responsible for any loss or theft. 
• The store is not responsible for any stains or damage to clothing or personal belongings caused by animals. 
• If you are accidentally scratched or bitten, please inform the staff immediately; however, please understand that the store is generally not held liable.
•  Photography is allowed inside the store, but flash is prohibited; please be mindful not to include other guests or staff in your photos.

• The following stores allow free cancellation until 23:59 on the last day before the expiration date
