Instructions for the Meetup point could have been better. You need to go to Topkapi cafe outside the palace to get the tickets. Audioguide app was useless. Most of all, if you visit during off peak season, it was cheaper to buy tickets directly inside the palace - they even give you a free physical audio guide which is much better! There was no queue at the ticket office when we were there.
