hopping on the Takamatsu-Kotohira Electric Railway (Kotoden), Shodoshima Bus,

— Redemption Method —
- Before boarding, you must exchange your redemption voucher for the pass at specific redemption locations. Be mindful that peak times might result in longer waiting times at the service window, so allocate extra time for redemption
- At the redemption point, complete the pass application form and present your passport with a short-term residence stamp or sticker
- You can redeem your pass at the Warp Takamatsu branch or, after hours, at the JR Ticket Offices (Midori-no-madoguchi) at Takamatsu Station. Please note that redemption is not available at Sakaide Station's Warp Plaza

- Once redeemed, the ticket's expiration date remains unchanged

Reminders
JR PASS reservation needs registration and the ordering process is complicated. Please provide the required information when making the reservation. Please note that if the ticket issuance is delayed due to incomplete information, the customer must bear the responsibility and pay the handling fee.
A child pass needs be purchased under the following situations. ① When a toddler uses a reserved seat on a standard car; ② When a toddler travels alone.
Luggage regulations for carriage: you can carry 2 pieces of luggage weighing up to 30 kg and up to 250cm of height, width and length in total (up to 2 meters in length), and (umbrellas, crutches, hand luggage, backpacks, etc. are not included).
Electronic tickets can be canceled free of charge if they have not been redeemed for physical tickets within the validity period. After redeeming the physical ticket, you can go to JR Ticket Offices (Midori-no-madoguchi) in the station to pay the handling fee (10% of the purchase price) for refund or change.
When you start to use your pass, please go through the gate with station staff and get the stamp from the station staff at the stamping column.
Please be sure to bring your passport with you when using the pass. You need to show your passport if the station staff asks for inspection. If you do not bring your passport, you will not be able to use the pass.
The pass is only valid when the dedicated ticket is affixed to the dedicated pass cover. It is invalid if you only have the pass, if you only have the ticket or when recorded information cannot be read due to defacement.
How to Use Your Voucher
Please present your e-voucher and passport on-site
Users are required to go to the designated counter to redeem JR PASS "within three months" from the ticket issuance date with their "eMCO voucher and passport". You will be asked to fill out the pass application form at the designated counter.
