  We cross the bridge walking, heading up to the view point, then taking tuk tuks to travel to Santa Fé de Antioquia old town. The Old Hanging Bridge, which is a remarkable testament to engineering prowess and architectural beauty, built in the late 19th century, crossing the Cauca river.

  We visit Santa Fe de Antioquia, founded in 1541, was once the capital of Antioquia before Medellín assumed that role. This colonial town is a living museum, with cobblestone streets, whitewashed buildings adorned with wooden balconies, and a picturesque main square. Its rich history is palpable as you stroll through its well-preserved streets, lined with centuries-old churches, museums, and charming plazas. We walk around, have lunch, coffee, then we head back to the bridge where we left the car, and continue our journey.

  We arrive to Olaya, historical small village built by the Spanish conquerors in 1773. We have a short walk, have a nice fruit juice, and then we drive to the River House, where we spend the night.
