Between 3:30 am and 4:40 am, enjoy an early morning pick-up from selected Port Douglas accommodations, followed by air-conditioned coach transfers for your morning flight over the Tablelands. The transfer will take approximately one hour

- Children 3 years old and younger may join the tour but will not participate in the hot air balloon flight. One parent must stay with the child on the ground while the other parent takes the hot air balloon flight
- Participants aged 4–17 must be accompanied by an adult throughout the entire tour, including the hot air balloon experience
- Pregnant individuals beyond 3 months (13 weeks) of pregnancy are not allowed to fly
- Photos are included but subject to availability; no refund will be provided if they are unavailable. The photos will be automatically emailed to participants after the flight
