They feature hand made pasta, locally sourced farm-to-table vegetables, and a diverse selection wine made by a local celebrity wine maker. While here, included in the lunch portion of the tour, customers get to choose from any one pasta dish, salad, or appetizer and the wine flight of their choice. Although the vineyard is quite small, at only about nine acres, the property itself is quite vast encompassing nearly 350 acres. With a beautiful natural spring that feeds a tranquil pond where guests may enjoy their wines, it is an idealic stop to make while touring around the Verde Valley Wine Trail. Tour includes a wine tasting flight of their five signature wines. Subject to their availability, guests may also keep the wine glass to remember their experience when they get home.
