  We start to trek down hill through a mountainous area by following a dirt trail with pine forest. You will have many opportunities to enjoy spectacular view over rice paddy terraces and cornfields with a quiet area ans fresh air, few tourists on the trails. Lunch at a nice spot in Giang Cha village of Hmong people. After lunch, the trek will continue downhill toward Xaxeng village where you can meet Red Dao and Black Hmong minorities, two largest ethnic groups in Sapa, Your guide will tell you about daily life and tradition of these people. Passing a plateau and have amazing panorama of corn and rice paddy fields, walk down to bamboo forest. Here you stay overnight in local house. You will be able to take a walk around the village while your guide prepares dinner. Possible take a traditional herbal bath from red Dzao ethnic ( your option and pay herbal bath by yourself ) before enjoy diner with family. Distance 12 -14 km – Duration 4-5h walking
