Seamless exchange process and also easy to use the pass across the odakyu line
Booking was confirmed within 10mins. Using the voucher to claim the physical pass was a fuss free process as well.
This pass is very useful. It allows me to hop on and off the Odakyu line, the pirate ship, cablecar and ropeway in Hakone, as well as enoden train in kamakura. I do not need to q to buy these tickets, it’s so convenient. Highly recommended!
