Meeting point is easy to find, right next to the Pullman hotel. Guide will bring you directly to Eiffel Tower and you will have to go through 2 airport-style security scans together with your group. Guide will then bring you up the express lift all the way to the second floor, after that will be free and easy time for you to explore on your own or with the provided QR audio guide.
The guided tour to get to the Eiffel Tower was easy and well organised. The guide also shared many facts and the history of the Eiffel Tower and made sure all the guests were taken care of. She even went out of her way to ensure a particular family with a child in a wheelchair was able to follow the group closely. All in all, a well-organised tour by the organiser!

Booking with Pelago was good, location of the tour guide was easy to find. But Eiffel Tower is an overrated attraction in Paris when there's many other better "towers" to visit elsewhere. Save the money and time going up to the summit, not worth the time, hassle and effort when the same views can be seen at the 2nd floor.
