Card is valid for 24, 48 or 72 hours from the first use
You can visit the same museum multiple times as long as your card is valid
Please note that on Mondays most of the museums are closed
Pre Purchase
Brussels Card is not recommended to kids under 12. Venues in Brussels often offer free entry for kids under 6, and with reduced price for kids 6-12
Card is strictly personal (1 per person)
Usage
Redeem your Brussels Card with your smartphone voucher at visit.brussels desk in the Town Hall of Brussels (closed on Sunday, open the rest of the week from 9am until 6pm) or at the visit.brussels desk on rue Royale 2, 1000 Brussels (9am until 5pm every day) (both closed 25/12 and 01/01)
Present your Brussels Card at the venues for entry
Discount vouchers on information guide (to pick up at visit.brussels desk). Discount valid even after Brussels Card validity, until 31st of January of next year and single use only.
