• The minimum height for the jet boat ride is 120cm.
• A life jacket is supplied that is rated to carry a maximum weight of 150kg.
• Guests who are pregnant, suffer from back or neck injuries or suffer from a serious heart condition or injury are not allowed to ride.
• Guests under the age of 18 require a parent or guardian to sign the safety waiver.
• Guests 15 years and under must travel with an adult. Guests are required to hold onto safety bars at all times.

• Children 5 - 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Children under 5 years old or smaller than 1.2m in height cannot participate.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled 2 days before your selected activity date. No refund is allowed for cancellations made less than 2 days before your selected activity date.
