Minimum of 6 people are required to book tour. If total number of travelers do not match the minimum requirement for this trip, the tour will be cancelled and you will receive a notification e-mail 1 day(s) prior to departure.
In the event of a change in itinerary or cancellation due to traffic, weather, or any other unforeseen circumstances, travelers will be informed 1 day(s) (at 18:00 local time) prior to departure by e-mail.
Please arrive at designated location 10 mins prior to departure, as tour will depart on time.
Admission ticket is not included for travelers under age 2 and is required to be purchase on-site.
Children aged 0-2 can participate in this itinerary for free, but they will not occupy a separate seat. If they are not informed or their age is false, they will need to pay a ride fee of KRW30,000/person.
If the departure date is changed within 48 hours before departure due to personal factors, the change fee will be KRW20,000/person.
The actual vehicle type for travel will be arranged according to the number of participants.
The provider will arrange according to your language preference. But if the reservation is full or the number of people in the group is not reached, arrangements will be made according to the situation.
If the departure is temporarily canceled due to participant's personal factors, the fee will not be refunded. For cancellation, please refer to the cancellation policy.
If it is confirmed that the scenic spot is closed due to bad weather or other irresistible factors after departure, no refund will be made.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 48 hours.
Refund/Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 3 days before date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 3 days before the date of selection.
