• Please wear your seatbelt at all times while on board. Do not remove it unless instructed by staff.
• Please take measures appropriate for the temperature and weather. In winter, prepare for cold weather; in summer, protect yourself from the sun.
• For your safety, do not touch tree branches or leaves near the road.
• Please be careful as your clothing may get wet from wind or rain, and hats or personal items may be blown outside.
• Children must be supervised and are the responsibility of their guardians.
• Only beverages in plastic bottles or personal water bottles are allowed on board.
• Seats are assigned. You will use the same seat from departure to arrival.
• All passengers will be assigned seats on the 2nd floor of the double-deck open-top bus. (No seats are available on the 1st floor.)
• We do not accept seat requests from customers.
• Groups of three or more may be seated in front-and-back rows.
• You cannot get off the bus during the tour.

Prohibited Items / Actions

• Use of umbrellas (including parasols)
• Leaving your seat while the bus is moving
• Raising your hands or extending them outside the bus
• Eating or drinking (except beverages with caps)
• Smoking, including electronic or smokeless cigarettes
• Using selfie sticks

Operation During Rainy Weather

• Please be careful, as the stairways for boarding and alighting can be very slippery.
• During rain or right after it has rained, tree sap or water droplets may fall when passing under trees or through tunnels, so please take care.
• If the driver determines that strong rain, wind, or lightning makes safe operation difficult, the bus roof may be closed.
• In cases of severe weather such as strong wind, snow, thunderstorms, or when a weather advisory is issued within Tokyo’s 23 wards by the Japan Meteorological Agency, service may be suspended or canceled at our discretion.
