Highlights
Explore Kampot countryside with a visit to La Plantation, the region’s most famous pepper farm. Enjoy a self-guided walk around the farm or join a guided experience with tasting to learn more about pepper production.
During your visit, you can also enjoy complimentary tastings of selected pepper products prepared at the farm.
We spend around 2 hours at the farm, giving you time to explore, relax, or enjoy the café and restaurant area (not included).
The tour continues to the salt fields (seasonal) to learn about traditional salt production, followed by a stop at a scenic countryside lake.
In some cases, a local farm such as Botree Farm may be visited instead, offering a more authentic experience with a free tour and tasting.
Please note: only one pepper farm is visited per tour.

Salt Fields
15 minsAdmission Ticket IncludedSalt is another of Kampot’s important products. Ocean water is pumped into the pans from canals, then allowed to evaporate, leaving a thick layer of salt coating the ground. Workers rake the salt carefully into piles, collecting and moving it to storage. The salt field only operate in the dry season.Brateak Krola Lake
