Setagaya, Adachi, or Kita wards, an additional JP¥2,000 cash payment is
required, payable directly to the driver.

Service hours: Available 24 hours a day. A late-night fee applies for usage between 9:00 pm and 6:00 am, calculated from the boarding time.
Additional charges for overage: JP¥3,000 for every 30 minutes and JP¥5,000 for every 60 minutes (e.g., 10 minutes over equals 30 minutes, and 40 minutes over equals 60 minutes).
About free waiting time
Free waiting time is 30 minutes, but if you board after 9:00 pm, you will need to pay an additional JP¥6,000 in cash to the driver as a late-night fee.

Vehicle changed to a Hiace for both of our bookings and based on the timing ... we did have much of a choice so we went ahead with it. Vehicle seat was not in very good condition and to be honest, the entire journey was quite uncomfortable. Would suggest vendor to not overcommit in future. If they are fully booked, just stop taking on bookings. Only saving grace is that the driver is polite and a decent and safe driver.
