食道具竹上 FOOD UTENSILS TAKEGAMI
Learn the basics of Japanese cooking as well as the history and uses of Japanese kitchen utensils. In Japanese cuisine, you will try your hand at processing fish, cooking it and eating it. Learn how to sharpen kitchen knives with a professional instructor. You will enjoy discovering the use of tools unique to Japan. Other activities include a Zen meditation experience. How about taking a break from your busy life and relaxing in a historic temple? Delicious Japanese teas and traditional Japanese sweets await you.
