Martina Franca is one of Puglia’s gems, known for its Baroque elegance and historic old-town lanes. The tour begins with an e-bike ride through the center, passing its main squares and landmarks such as the Ducal Palace and the Basilica of San Martino.

Just outside the town, the countryside opens up among vineyards, wheat fields, dry-stone walls, trulli and centuries-old olive trees: the perfect setting for an easy, relaxing ride.

Along country roads, you’ll reach a breeding farm with two native species: the Murgese horse and the Apulian black pig. Then you’ll visit a farm with cows and a dairy, where you can choose the optional cheese tasting.
