  After breakfast, there will be some paperwork to be filled in. Right after you gear up and hop on the bikes. You start from the hotel and head to the tracks which your guide prepared for you according to the your riding level and skills. At around 13pm you are having lunch in the Etara museum which represents the Bulgarian customs, culture and craftsmanship. As a whole, the complex's goal is to illustrate the architecture, way of life and economy of Gabrovo and the region during the Bulgarian National Revival. After lunch you are getting back to the hotel on a different track depending on your riding level and stamina. You will be back at the hotel before sunset where you can relax in the sauna or the swimming pool after your riding day. At around 19:30 - 20pm you are having dinner in a local restaurant with traditional food and flavors.

  Food And Drinks

  Breakfast - Breakfast is in the hotel from 8 to 10am.

  Lunch - Lunch is at around 13pm. Usually the lunch restaurant is right next to the tracks where we ride.

  Dinner - Dinner is at around 7:30 - 8pm. We always choose restaurants where our customers can taste our traditional food.
