Soaring over Osaka's vibrant Naniwa Ward, the iconic Tsutenkaku Tower stands as a 108-meter symbol of the city. This observation tower boasts a rich history, with its current iteration being built after a devastating fire destroyed the original, even taller structure. Ascend to its Golden Observatory for panoramic views, rub the lucky Billiken statue for good fortune, and admire the unique latticework design illuminated in ever-changing neon lights. Tsutenkaku Tower embodies the spirit of Osaka, a lively landmark steeped in history and radiating the city's energetic atmosphere.
View from the tower is average, it is not very tall and overcrowded so I would say it can be skipped. Roughly a 1/2hr wait and subsequently a queue even on the observation deck.
