Fuel Surcharge

- The provider will reach out directly to guests to arrange collection of this surcharge via a payment link or pay-on-board prior to travel.
- Frankland Islands: $10.00AUD per person, per tour.
- Operational 7 days a week
- For self-drivers, make your own way to the departure point at 169 Ross Road, Deeral 4871. Please allow ample time for the journey and ensure you check in at the vessel by 8:15am, for an 8:30am departure.
- The Turtle Islander departs Deeral at 8:30 a.m. and returns around 4:00 p.m.
- Swimsuit and towel

- Shoes that can get wet and sandy
- Any additional items for a day on a tropical island
- Refillable water bottle
- Cash or credit card (Visa or Mastercard) for onboard purchases or optional activities
Please note that there are no restroom facilities on the island. However, shuttles are available to transport guests back to the main vessel for any necessary toilet breaks. Ample free parking is provided at Deeral.
Complimentary coach transfers are available from select Cairns CBD accommodations to our departure point at Deeral, subject to availability due to limited seating. If the coach is fully booked, you will need to arrange your own transportation to Deeral. Alternatively, you are welcome to make your own way to the departure point at 169 Ross Road, Deeral 4871. Please ensure you check in at the vessel by 8:15am, for an 8:30am departure.

A full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 3 days before the date of selection. No refund will be processed if cancelled less than 3 days before the date of selection.

We had a wonderful time, staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy their time. The island was beautiful, snorkeling was magical - saw a lot of turtles! More time on the island would have been enjoyable, as it was a tight schedule when doing all the activities on offer. Highly highly recommend!
