It was terrible. We had trouble navigating to the place and unfortunately we lost our way and ended up 10 mins late. The place was completely empty with 3 cars in the carpark. The admission person told us “too bad, it’s your fault for coming late. Go buy another ticket and come back 1.5hrs later.” Without any further explanation. Yes, we were late and we were unable to hang around for 1.5 hours. But the level of customer service was just terrible. If you go, do get there really early. Don’t expect any sympathy or them to be helpful if you have issues.
Not suitable for winter season.
