2. Children under elementary school age are strictly not allowed to enter the performance, regardless of ticket possession or whether they are accompanied by a guardian.

3. Elementary school students may enter only if accompanied by an adult.

4. Elementary school students must bring proof of their age (such as a copy of their residence register, ID card, passport, etc.)

5. If age verification is not possible, entry will be denied, and no cancellations, refunds, or changes will be allowed.

6. Entry will not be allowed once the performance has started, and no cancellations, refunds, or changes will be accepted on the day of the performance.

7. If you leave the performance midway (including going restroom, re-entry will not be allowed, and no cancellations, refunds, or changes will be accepted.

8. Tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed if you are unable to attend the performance due to personal reasons, parking or traffic issues, or if you decide to forgo attending. Please use public transportation as traffic around Daehak-ro can be heavy.

9. The responsibility for any issues arising from not being aware of the age restrictions, proof required for ticket collection, or performance attendance guidelines lies with the ticket holder. No cancellations, changes, or refunds will be accepted on the day of the performance, so please be especially careful about it.

10.Due to the way the subtitle service is provided, if you arrive after the performance has started, it will not be provided.
