When booking a photo shoot, the reservation time is the time the photo shoot starts, not the time you arrive at the store. Please arrive 30–40 minutes before and prepare. If you are late, you may experience a shortening of the shooting time because there is a customer with the next reservation. (Guests who make an appointment at 9:00, please arrive at the 9:00 appointment time)

Operating Hours:
- Monday, Wednesday–Sunday: 09:00 – 19:00
- Tuesday: Closed
- Walk-ins are accepted only during business hours and subject to availability.
- Hanbok must be returned by the agreed rental time; late returns will incur additional fees.
- Any damage or contamination to the Hanbok will result in compensation charges.
- Makeup services are not included in this package.
- Basic hair styling and accessories are provided with the rental.
- This activity is open to participants of all ages and nationalities.
- Hanbok sizes available: Men's and women's up to XXXL; children's sizes are available for ages 1 and up.
- Children of all ages are welcome and can rent Hanbok in age-appropriate sizes.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult during the experience.
- A valid ID (passport or equivalent) for verification.
- Your e-voucher (mobile or printed).
- Comfortable footwear suitable for walking around the palace and village areas.
- This activity is not wheelchair accessible due to uneven surfaces in the traditional house and palace grounds.
- Luggage lockers are available on-site.
- Your booking will be confirmed instantly.

Awesome experience with The Day The Hanbok especially the lady photographer. The photographer was professional and knows exactly where to take good shots in the palace. Location was about 5 mins walk away from Gyeongbokgung Palace. Booked the luxury package and was given a space to choose our Hanboks. The selections are good and the person doing my wife's hair was professional as well. No language barrier here.
It was really well managed because I booked the Luxury package. The dress are slightly better in quality and the hair dresser is very patience
