Hotel Pickup Notes:

• For packages that include hotel pickup, please provide your hotel name before checkout.
• Be ready at your hotel lobby 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

• If your package does not include hotel pickup, please proceed directly to the meeting point: Hot Springs Van Lounge.

• Service hours vary by route.
• As this is a shared tour, the departure time may be delayed up to 25 minutes to accommodate other guests.
• If no one is late, the tour will depart at the scheduled time.
• Refunds will not be granted for missed departures due to late arrivals.
• For specific seat requests (e.g., front row or beside the driver), a 50 THB surcharge per person applies.
• Add this request in the "Requests & Remarks" section and pay on-site.

Luggage limit:

• 1 piece of stored luggage not exceeding 20 inches / 15kg (H55cm × W32.5cm × T22cm).
• One carry-on may be brought inside the vehicle.

Prohibited items:

• Pets and items with strong odours are not permitted.
• Items such as surfboards, skis, wheelchairs, or golf bags are not allowed.

Your booking will be confirmed by the provider within 24 hours.

• Cancellations made 7 days or more before the experience date: 100% refund
• Cancellations made 4–6 days before the experience date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 0–3 days before the experience date: No refund
