• It is available for ages 9 and older, and children under 12 years old can use it when accompanied by a guardian.
• Parasailing is done in groups of two, and jet skiing is done by one person per person. If you have difficulty driving a jet ski, a local staff member will drive it for you.
• Parasailing with odd numbers (1 person, 3 people, 5 people...) is not possible and you must purchase one additional ticket.
  - If you purchase an additional parasailing ticket, one person in your group will ride twice, and each guest will ride with the on-site staff.
• The banana boat seats up to 5 people, and you can join other guests.
• Carriers can be stored at the marine sports shop. However, we are not responsible for the loss of important items, so please take special care of them.
• You can take a quick shower after the tour. Because the locker room facilities are poor, it is recommended that you change into your swimming clothes at the hotel in advance.
• Your body temperature may drop due to playing in the water after the tour ends, so it is a good idea to bring extra clothes or long sleeves.
• Most children in elementary school or older can participate in the event, but since each child's physique is different, if your child is too short or too young, the experience may not be possible at the discretion of the local staff. In this case, we will help you process a refund for your child.
• However, please note that if the local staff says that the experience is possible, but the child is scared and does not proceed, a refund is not possible due to a simple change of mind.
• The event may be canceled due to a natural disaster. If the event cannot be held, you will be notified individually and a full refund will be issued.
• Pregnant women, people with respiratory diseases or surgery experience, and people who must wear hearing aids or earplugs cannot participate in the tour for safety reasons.
• If you are suffering from a systemic disease or are in poor physical or mental condition due to water activities, please use caution and inquire at the time of reservation.
• Wearing a life jacket is required and please avoid individual activities in places without safety personnel.
• You cannot drink alcohol during the tour.
• We will notify you separately if additional charges occur.
• The event may not be held due to natural disasters, and individual notification will be provided if the event is unable to proceed.
• Partial refunds will not be issued if the time is shortened or the schedule is changed due to natural disasters or other reasons.
• It is difficult to use the product if you are not at the pickup time and location provided or are more than 5 minutes late.
• Please keep your valuables to yourself or be careful not to lose them.
• Please make sure to purchase travel insurance individually.
• Injuries due to personal carelessness will be covered through travel insurance, so please bring a receipt for local medical treatment.
