For Guests Heading to the Airport Post-Tour
- Guests with late-night flights may check out of the hotel in the morning, bring their luggage, and join the tour as scheduled.
- On the return to Hanoi, you may request drop-off at AEON Mall Long Bien (estimated arrival: 20:00–20:15) for dinner or shopping. From there, it takes approximately 30 minutes by taxi to the airport, depending on traffic conditions.
- Please note that arrival times are estimates and may vary due to traffic. We recommend allowing sufficient time for your flight departure.

A> Hotel Pick-up & Transportation
- Free pick-up service is available in Hanoi Old Quarter.
- Please kindly provide your hotel name and full address in the “Notes” section when making your reservation.
- If your hotel is located outside the Old Quarter or during peak travel seasons, you may be requested to meet at a designated meeting point.
- If your hotel is near the Old Quarter area, please contact us in advance, we will do our best to support you.

B> Transportation Vehicle
Transportation is generally arranged by luxury limousine bus. However, in the event that there is only one participant on the tour date, if the reservation is made one day prior to departure, or if the limousine bus is fully booked, a 35-seat bus may be arranged instead. We always ensure a safe and comfortable journey regardless of the vehicle type.
C> Kayak or Bamboo Boat Option
- Guests can choose between [kayaking or bamboo boat] experience.
- For safety reasons, we highly recommend the bamboo boat option for families traveling with children or infants.

- CANCELLATION POLICY -
Due to weather conditions or operational requirements, cruises in Halong Bay may occasionally be canceled by local authorities in Halong City. In such cases, the following arrangements will apply
If it is determined that the flight is canceled the day before the departure date or the morning of the departure date, before the transfer to the hotel, the itinerary will be changed to Tam Coc Hang Mua sightseeing. In that case, we will contact you by email.
- If the bus is canceled after departing from Hanoi, you will return to Hanoi after having lunch on the docked cruise ship.
- If you do not agree with the two options, we will refund for you.
